Never have I ever tried to crush the skull of an Atlantic striped bass


I made my infamous "meat I have no idea how to cook" marinade: I chopped up a bunch of fresh basil and garlic, added olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and threw in some pepper and way too much salt for my own good. I marinated the bass for about and hour and then baked it for about 10 minutes at 450F.

Worked like a charm. It always does.
